Can't wait for the season to start. I'll throw down my predictions (which get a bit homerish near the end), and if anyone wants to add theirs, or some info they have about a team in their area, all the better....

CFL West
1. Calgary Stampeders (14-4)
2. BC Lions (11-7)
3. Saskatchewan Roughriders (10-8)
4. Edmonton Eskimos (9-9)

CFL East
1. Montreal Alouettes (10-8)
2. Toronto Argonauts (9-9)
3. Hamilton Tiger Cats (6-10)
4. Winnipeg Blue Bombers (3-15)

Round 1
Saskatchewan 24 @ BC 34
Edmonton 41 @ Toronto 30

Round 2
BC 28 @ Calgary 27 (Whoever wins this one wins it all, just like last year)
Edmonton 38 @ Montreal 14

Grey Cup
BC 31 vs. Edmonton 25

I'll be very curious how things shake out in Winnipeg. It's definitely looking like a complete rebuilding year for them, and it looks like crap top to bottom at quarterback.

cfl is so hard to predict....18 games so many injuries

My guess is BC finishes third in the west and wins the grey cup....

Honestly Edmonton will win the West regular season, CGY had a nice season last year and will be 2nd this year. Sask has lost too much from last year and I am hearing they are thinking Casey Printers

I think your east selections are solid...Toronto will be better, montreal will slip with age and maybe injuries at key positions. Winnipeg and Hammy will battle for the basement.

may take the lions awhile to gel - but maybe not they had a great training camp - last year it rained every day.

then they stumbled and bumbled their way to .500 first half. Probably be the same this year and then the could be a force in sept & oct. Sound slike we are going to get our little scat back stefan logan back by labour day.

I haven't heard any Printers rumors flyin' around Sask at all... Fact is we HAVE lost way too much, Ritchie Hall was worth more to the Riders than anyone could imagine... Riders defense won't be the solid rock we've been used to the past few years.

In my opinion, I view it this way. Winnipeg will win more than 3 games. Edmonton is going to be 2nd or 1st place in the west this year IMO. Sask I doubt will be 2 games over .500, they will be a .500 at best. Calgary will lose 5-6 games this year. Everything I view the same. I would take a win away from Hammy and give it to Winny and I think that is how the season would shape out, assuming there are no major injuries, which there will be. Getting pretty amped that the season is a week away from starting. Good luck to everyone this year.

Personally, I enjoy reading everyone's CFL picks on here, so I encourage you to do so.

Why do you feel Winnipeg will be a better team without their heart and soul (Uncle Milty), and with a brand new QB? I am on Winnipeg under 7.5 wins for a fair chunk of coin.

I believe Winnipeg got stale over the past couple of seasons and while Lefors is unproven he is not brand new , has mobility and energy and I feel he will be a large upgrade from Glenn. I love Milt but in the past 2-3 years I feel the team was forcing the ball to him continually. A guy that touches the ball 4-6 times a game is not the guy you build around. They are much bigger in the defensive backfield and faster. I think their running game will be strong and not as devisive as when Roberts pouted his way around, and again I think the mobility of Lefors will be a plus, enough to get them at least 8 wins.Could be wrong but I feel much better about them than Toronto who may be hard pressed to stay out of the Eastern basement. But all that said you could be right. that's why they play the games. Good luck on the under play...

Any chance the CFL champ isn't either Calgary, BC, Edm, or Montreal? Lots of money to be made if its one of the 4
